GENETICALLY ENHANCED POETRY FOR THE SEMI-ALTERED MIND
Mutation Station is an open mic poetry event, hosted by Timothy Thomas who is either the founder of or a participant in: Church of Eternal Vibologism, performance poetry group in Columbus, Ohio (co-founder), facilitator of poetry shows at the now-defunkt but legendary Snaps & Taps and the very lively and vibrant Kafe Kerouac in Columbus, Ohio. Has worked with the James Elliot Project, A.J. Scratch (Youngstown D.J. formerly with Geo C. and tha Storm), and Jerome ‘Hawk’ Freeman, bluesman out of Columbus, Ohio. A very strong wordsmith with the ability to change up his style to fit different situations and circumstances, Z professes a love for some strange fusion between Edgar Allen Poe, e.e. cummings and Dr. Seuss. “Everything is stimulating’”, Z’s been heard to say, “if you’re always stimulated.” He currently resides in his hometown, Youngstown, Ohio. |
